As we come closer to March, the schedule will be updated with times and locations.

7:00 AM	Check-in opens for BSA and GSUSA (Troop Leaders Only)	Outside Alltel Ballroom, Arkansas Union
8:15 AM	Opening Ceremony	Alltel Ballroom, Arkansas Union
8:45 AM	Scouts make way to classrooms (Don’t forget sack lunches!)	Bell, Walton, Arkansas Union, or HPER
9:00 AM	Classes begin	Bell, Walton, Arkansas Union, or HPER
12:00 PM	Lunch	In classrooms
	(Scouts should have lunch with them)
12:45 PM	Half-day classes head to Alltel Ballroom (BSA only)	Alltel Ballroom, Arkansas Union
12:50 PM	Scouts in half-day classes head to afternoon class	Arkansas Union
	(The computer merit badge will head to Walton)
1:00 PM	Classes continue	Bell, Walton, Arkansas Union, or HPER
4:00 PM	Scouts head to closing ceremony	Greek Theatre*
4:15 PM	Closing Ceremony	Greek Theatre*
4:30 PM	Troop packets available (Troop Leaders Only)	Outside Alltel Ballroom, Arkansas Union

*Note – Inclement weather location for Closing Ceremony is Alltel Ballroom, Arkansas Union
