to Get the Mango (when the lizard’s in the way) by
Clinnesha N. Dillon. Show dates are July 24, 25, 26, 27 at the

explores what an ordinary woman does after knowing she's
been annointed with a God-gift? Joanna Batiste moves away from
home and then enters the world of academia to normalize her life.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D., Jo realizes no matter how hard she
ignores her supernatural ability, she cannot close her eyes
to what happened 14 years ago in Many, Louisiana at the
base of a mango tree.
Show dates for The Man Without A Country by Larry
M. Mitchell are July 31 and August 1, 2, 3 at the Nadine Baum
Learning Center at the Walton Arts Center. Based on the 19th-century
short story by Edward Everett Hale, The Man
Without A Country is
an epic tale of America and one young man’s growth, regret
and longings for home. Though the story is one of fiction, familiar
faces and places will bring recollections of our history, when
an Army lieutenant, Phillip Nolan, gets mixed up with Aaron Burr
and ends up on trial for his life. Feeling betrayed by all sides,
the 19 year-old Nolan makes a mistake that will haunt him for the
next 55 years, causing him to wish that he never hears of the United
States again.
