Laws of science are established after hundreds of tests over many years by many different scientists demonstrating that it accurately explains observation without exception.

Laws of science are the product of the scientific method.

Scientifically derived laws are the most accurate explanations that science can provide at the moment. That is to say, up to this point in time, any given law of science has not been found to be wrong. No exceptions have been found to contradict its stated rule.

One exception would require the law to be modified and then as new interpretation begin over as a hypothesis or a theory.

The important application for scientific laws in the debate over origins is that interpretations for origins must not contradict the established laws of today. Interpretations that contradict established laws of science are unscientific. Good, scientific explanations conform to and support existing scientific laws.

Thus, to justify a natural explanation for the origin of the universe, the first and second laws of thermodynamics must be shown, not just said to be, wrong.
