Directions: Come into Kimpel Hall off Dickson street onto first floor. Suite of offices right off the long stairs from the outside is 109. Near the end of the hall where the restrooms are.
Journalism Main Office: Kimpel 116
About halfway down the hall on the first floor is the journalism
office. You can leave messages or papers for Professor Shurlds there
-- ask the desk person to put them in my box. WARNING: If you leave a
paper in my box and it gets lost, there's nothing I can do about it.
That's the risk you take for not being in class to give me the paper
when it's due. I'm happy to accept papers in my box, but, again -- if
they disappear, you're back at Square One.
Journalism Lab: Kimpel 115J
This is the lab across from the Journalism Main Office. It is
reserved mostly for those who are using design software, but some
writing and research classes are held there. DO NOT print any syllabi
or other non-journalism class-related work in these labs. Our funds are
limited.
Journalism Lab: Kimpel 119J
Toward the south end of the hall, past the UATV studios and past the Arkansas Traveler office is the journalism Mac lab. This is where most journalism students have their writing labs.
