Fill out this form to have your personal web page added to the
University of Arkansas' Personal Home Pages List.

Instructions:
  1. Create a home page.
  2. Access your home page using a web browser (such as Firefox or IE) to make sure that your page works.
  3. Remember your URL (the address for your home page). If your home page is on comp.uark.edu, and your home page file is named index.html, then your URL would be: http://comp.uark.edu/~username/, where username is your UARK username.
  4. Fill out the following form and click on the submit button. Your request will be submitted, and you will be returned to the Pig Tales main page.
Note: Your URL will be verified and, if the submitted information is valid, your link should appear on the list within two business days.
